Enrollment Process for the Downloadable Curriculum Program

Step 1: Submit the Enrollment Application

Parents begin by completing the online enrollment form.

Information collected:
   •    Parent/Guardian name
   •    Student name
   •    Student date of birth
   •    Current grade level
   •    Parent email address
   •    State/Country of residence

Once submitted, families receive a confirmation email welcoming them to Wellington.

Step 2: Select the Student Program

Parents choose the program that matches their student’s level:

• Pre-K (Ages 3–4)
• Kindergarten
• Grades 1–2
• Grades 3–5
• Grades 6–8
• Grades 9–12

Each program includes the complete downloadable workbook set for the full school year.

Step 3: Complete Tuition Payment

Parents pay the annual tuition for the selected level. This is charged for your complete downloadable workbook which contains a complete year of studies. 

Example pricing structure:
   •    Pre-K: $550 per year
   •    Kindergarten: $650 per year
   •    Grades 1–2: $725per year
   •    Grades 3–5: $800 per year
   •    Grades 6–8: $850 per year
   •    Grades 9–12: $975 per year

Payments can be made through the website using:
   •    Credit/Debit card
   •    PayPal
   •    Secure online checkout

Step 4: Receive Welcome Email & Student Portal Access

After payment is completed, families receive a Welcome to Wellington email that includes:

• Student enrollment confirmation
• Parent orientation guide
• Login credentials for the Wellington Parent Portal
• Instructions for accessing curriculum downloads

Step 5: Download the Curriculum

Parents log into their student portal and download the full curriculum for their grade level.

The curriculum package includes:
   •    Core subject workbooks
   •    Enrichment class workbooks
   •    Lesson pacing guide
   •    Student planner pages
   •    Parent instruction guide

Families can download and print the materials as needed.

Step 6: Begin the Wellington Learning Journey

Students begin their program using the daily pacing guide provided in the curriculum.

Parents can:
   •    Track student progress
   •    Access support materials
   •    Download additional resources
   •    Contact Wellington support if needed
