Our payment plans are designed to make tuition manageable while upholding the high standards of personalized, tech-forward education Wellington is known for.
Tuition Payment Options
1️⃣ Annual Payment – Best Value
• Pay in full at the time of enrollment
• Receive a 5% tuition discount
• One-time materials & tech fee due at time of payment
• Access to exclusive early-bird bonuses and school merch
✅ Ideal for families who prefer to pay once and save
2️⃣ Semester Payment Plan
• Two equal payments per year
• First payment due at enrollment, second due January 1
• $50 administrative split fee applies
• Includes prorated materials/technology fee per term
✅ Great for families who want flexibility without monthly billing
3️⃣ Monthly Payment Plan
• Tuition split into 10 monthly payments (August–May)
• Payments due on the 1st of each month
• $100 annual administrative fee applies
• Auto-pay setup required via Parent Portal

Materials Kit (K–5) $150 At enrollment
Materials Kit (6–12) $200 At enrollment
Admin Fee (Monthly Plan Only) $100 Billed with first payment
Late Payment Fee $35 Per late instance

• All payments processed through our secure Parent Portal
• Accepted forms: Debit, Credit, ACH Bank Transfer
• Families receive automated receipts & balance reminders
• Early withdrawal policies available in the enrollment agreement
