This white-glove coaching experience ensures every learner receives personalized support, accountability, and guidance throughout each phase of their educational journey. 

Purpose of the Legacy Coach The Legacy Coach is not just a tutor or advisor — they are the anchor for each student’s development. They blend academic monitoring, emotional intelligence, life planning, and personal mentorship.

Coaching Framework by Grade Level 

Pre-K – 2nd Grade: The Foundation Phase Focus: Nurturing curiosity, building routines, emotional expression Coach Role:

• Weekly parent/guardian check-ins

• Building attention span and self-awareness

• Supporting learning habits (e.g., logging in, following routines)

• Instilling positive reinforcement patterns Tools Used:

• Visual trackers

• Communication journals with families

Grades 3–5: The Discovery Phase Focus: Strengthening independence, building confidence, embracing challenges Coach Role:

• Bi-weekly student check-ins

• Encouraging responsibility in assignments

Grades 6–8: The Development Phase Focus: Identity, emotional regulation, deeper learning ownership Coach Role:

Grades 9–10: The Vision Phase Focus: Purpose-driven learning, early career exposure, skill-building

Coach Role:

• Weekly student meetings (30 mins)

• Elective selection guidance & resume-building

Grades 11–12: The Launch Phase Focus: Execution, independence, future mapping

Coach Role:

• College & career strategy coaching

• Personal branding + scholarship planning

• Life skill prep (time mastery, interview prep, decision-making)

• Senior Capstone Project Oversight

• One-on-one coaching intensives

• Portfolio presentations • Letters of recommendation & final planning sessions

• Maximum 1:12 ratio
