We are currently seeking exceptional certified educators to serve as Private Tutors across all grade levels and subject areas.

Unlike traditional staffing structures, Wellington families are empowered to select their own private tutors from our curated pool of certified, qualified professionals. Tutors work one-on-one with students to provide academic support, enrichment, and advancement in their certified areas of expertise — virtually and on a schedule that aligns with the family’s needs.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For
Wellington seeks certified educators who are passionate about individualized instruction, confident in virtual learning environments, and committed to student excellence.
Required Qualifications:
• Current teaching certification (state or national)
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Subject-matter expertise in one or more core content areas
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring
• Comfort with online learning platforms and digital instruction
• Strong communication, adaptability, and rapport-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or advanced education credentials
• Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs) or gifted students
• Bilingual or multilingual capability

🔹 What You’ll Do
As a Wellington Private Tutor, you will:
• Work directly with families who select you for their child
• Create personalized learning experiences aligned with student needs
• Deliver engaging, live virtual instruction using academy-aligned curriculum
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and support academic growth
• Collaborate with the student’s Legacy Coach if needed for whole-child development
• Represent the Wellington brand with professionalism and care

• Location: Remote / Virtual
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate; negotiable between family and tutor
• Scheduling: Flexible; based on tutor-family agreement
• Support Provided: Access to school-aligned curriculum frameworks, optional digital tools, and Wellington training sessions
